For items available for immediate purchase, orders may be placed via this site and paid for using a credit or debit card, PayPal account. Bank Transfer or Malaysian e-Wallets. Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 2 working days.

For bags that are made to order, please contact me so that we can discuss the available options. The lead times may be up to six weeks. likely completion time will be advised when going through your options with you.

Delivery

Prices quoted on the website for delivery are for delivery by Pos Malaysia prepaid envelope with tracking, and items will normally be with you within 3-7 working days of dispatch if delivery address is within Malaysia.

Please ensure that you provide accurate contact and delivery details. I cannot accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to being provided with incorrect details, or for damage caused to goods whilst in transit.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Strictly no return and refund policy. Please make your selection carefully.

Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order.

Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.
